The G.R.A.N.D.S group stands for Grandparents Respecting and Nurturing Down Syndrome.
This is a support group for grandparents, providing a space to connect and support their children and grandchildren with Down syndrome. The GRANDS group holds quarterly luncheons or evening events, providing an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build relationships. These quarterly meet-ups are held in February, June, and October.
The GRANDS group also helps plan DSA's annual Trunk-or-Treat and Egg Hunt!
