Programs for All Ages

As varied the individuals with Down syndrome, so are DSA's programs! From programs to support families at the moment of diagnosis to programs for aging adults with Down syndrome, everyone is sure to find something that fits their need.

Little Ones

Little Ones is a series for families with children ages birth through three who have Down syndrome. Each meet up is an opportunity for families to get together with their little ones, meet others, share discussions, and play!

Play groups are scheduled each month and are held at a local play space or at the DSA office. Topics for discussion and learning are provided at each session. Play sessions have included: Music Therapy, Outdoor Exploration at the Inclusive Play Space, Play with a Purpose Collaboration with Creighton Occupational Therapy Students, Wiggle and Grow Collaboration with the Children's Health & Inclusive Physical Activity Research Group at UNO, and open play at Chirpy's Play Cafe.
