Omaha Gives!
The Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands serves over 400 families in the Omaha Metro. Our focus includes new and expectant parent outreach, partnerships in 20 school districts, outreach and partnerships with health care professionals, and events to connect families and encourage support and bonds.
It's the 8th annual Omaha Gives! and we need your help to reach our $10,000 fundraising goal! Last year we were so close - topping over $9,000!
How your donations support DSA:
$20 pays for supplies for our New Parent Bags
$50 pays for materials handed out at medical outreach presentations for local doctors, nurses, and geneticists
$100 pays for supplies/instructors for Baby Signs and Kids Connect
$500 pays the speaking fee for one of our nationally renown Down Syndrome Education speakers
$1000 pays for one of our monthly social events for our families
$2000 pays for new curriculum for adolescent and young adult series classes
