How to Play It When They Say It
Let's face it. Your kids face some tough issues at school (and other places) that can leave them feeling bad. We'll give them a safe place to talk about those issues and brainstorm some ways to handle it when schoolmates use the R-word or other hurtful words or actions.
Let's put the spotlight on them for a couple of hours. They'll get to meet some other kids with families like their own, make some new friends, fill up on pizza, and put some tools in their pockets to help them grow as young advocates.
This event is for siblings only, fourth grade and up. Absolutely positively no parents allowed.
