Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands understands that school will look different for our families this year. You may need to purchase homeschooling supplies, a tablet for remote learning, or be financially burdened by purchasing back to school supplies. DSA is offering a Back To School COVID-19 Fund for our school-aged members with Down Syndrome and their families (pre-K - post-secondary learning). Funds will be distributed in the form of a $100 gift card to a local store. To qualify for the $100 gift card you must be a member of DSA. Please complete the form below. Funds will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis until all funds designated to this program have been claimed.
