 to advance their physical and mental health. Down to Box teaches participa
 nts techniques which increase their confidence levels while increasing the
 ir athletic ability. Our weekly boxing programs also serve as a social gro
 up for participants\, to engage with their peers and develop friendships.
 \n\nThis is a 12-class (weekly)-program in partnership between DSA and Dow
 n to Box and affiliated with Title Boxing - beginning in February. \n\nTue
 sdays beginning Feb. 4th\, 2020  7:15 p.m.-8:15 p.m.\, adults who are over
  18\, Cost would be $150 for DSA members for all 12 classes\, but is $100 
 with DSA supplementing $50. Classes conclude on April 21st.\n\nSaturday be
 ginning Feb. 1st\, 2020 1-1:45 p.m.\, 12 to 18 years of age\, Cost is $50 
 for DSA members for all 12 classes\, classes to conclude on May 9th (no cl
 ass on Feb. 29th or March 28th or April 18th).\n\nRSVP no later than Jan. 
 29th\, 2020.\nParents/caregivers may stay present to assist your child if 
 needed.\n*DSA staff may not be present at all classes.\n*Payments are made
  to DSA but all waivers are through Down to Box and are relevant for usage
  between DSA\, Down to Box and Title Boxing.\n\n
