 ed\, MS\, LIMHP\, LIPC\, NCC\nDirector of Behavioral Health Services\n\nSp
 eaker Bio - Kalisha earned her MS from Bellevue University in Clinical Cou
 nseling and received a BA in Pre-law Studies at College of Saint Mary\, in
  Omaha\, Nebraska. Kalisha has experience working with youth ages 5-18 in 
 a community outreach setting promoting mental health education and awarene
 ss. Additionally\, Kalisha has worked in residential treatment facilities 
 for both adults and youth\, with particular interest in working with youth
  who have experienced trauma. In her current position\, Kalisha specialize
 s in providing individual and family therapy to children with complex need
 s including children diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders. Kalisha 
 divides her time between school-based and outpatient clinic therapy at CRC
 C’s Northwest location. As a mental health therapist\, Kalisha works from 
 a wellness model and her person-centered approach is to support clients an
 d families in their journey to achieve their desired goals as it relates t
 o their physical and emotional well-being. Kalisha is passionate about hel
 ping client’s and families cope with a variety of personal growth needs\, 
 including difficulties in their relationships\, school issues\, adjusting 
 to life stressors\, trauma\, and grief/loss. Kalisha’s interests include w
 orking with adolescents and adults experiencing depression\, anxiety\, sui
 cide\, self-harm\, trauma\, and other mental health issues. Kalisha utiliz
 es a wide variety of tools in her therapy practice including\, thought and
  behavior modification\, motivational interviewing\, and Sandtray therapy.
  Additionally\, Kalisha utilizes several models to address trauma includin
 g Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Dese
 nsitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Kalisha is also a Circle of Secur
 ity Parent Facilitator and is available to hold small groups.\n\n**Registr
