 designed to connect parents with information that will positively impact t
 he education and well-being of their child.\n\nTopic - Special Needs Estat
 e Planning \n\nSpeaker Bio - James A. Tews is a shareholder and member of 
 the firm’s Estate and Business Succession Planning practice group where he
  focuses on estate planning and trusts\, probate\, guardian and conservato
 rships\, Medicaid planning\, real estate matters\, corporate and business 
 law.\nJames has also developed an expertise in estate planning for familie
 s who are parenting or caring for a child with physical or cognitive chall
 enges. He is experienced in establishing Special Needs Trusts and Suppleme
 ntal Special Needs Trust which provide the ability to use trust assets to 
 give individuals with special needs “non-necessity” items that would not b
 e available through government benefits.\n\n***Childcare is not provided.
