 ome Education Series (DSES) is a monthly educational seminar for families 
 of children with Down syndrome\, designed to connect parents with informat
 ion that will positively impact the education and well-being of their chil
 d.\n\nEffective Educational and Behavioral Strategies in the Classroom - L
 earners with developmental disabilities and learning challenges require cr
 eative perspectives on teaching and behavior management.  Join us to learn
  effective educational and behavioral strategies based in the scientific p
 rinciples of learning and behavior and fill your tool box with things to h
 elp all of your students achieve.\n\nSpeaker Bio - For over 18 years\, Sta
 cy has worked as a behavior analyst providing services to people with deve
 lopmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.  She has served as direc
 tor for 3 behavioral intervention programs and currently owns and operates
 \, Advance Behavior & Learning in Central Florida. Mrs. Taylor has worked 
 in a variety of settings including clinics\, schools\, and homes.  In addi
 tion to providing 1:1 treatment to children\, she has also provided traini
 ng and consultation to parents\, teachers\, therapists and agencies. In 20
 14\, Mrs. Taylor opened a private inclusive elementary school called Advan
 ce Learning Academy where students learn and grow as part of a diverse sch
 ool community. She has spoken at numerous conferences across the country o
 n education\, inclusion and behavioral treatment and has served on the boa
 rd of directors for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida.  \n
 \nChildcare is not provided.  With the exception of infants\, we request t
 hat you refrain from bringing children to this event.
