  Foundation for Disabilities\, DSA is pleased to partner with Blade & Edge
  to offer a Learn to Skate class for teens with intellectual and developme
 ntal disabilities. The lessons will follow the Special Olympics Figure Ska
 ting Badge Program with students expected to earn 1 - 2 badges per session
 . Instructor to student ratio is 1:4. A buddy from the skate club will be 
 assigned to each student. Each session will consist of 6 lessons. \n\nThe 
 registration fee for the 6-week session is $15.00\, payable at the first c
 lass. Scholarship applications are available for any family unable to pay 
 the registration fee.\n\n<b>Skaters will be required to wear a helmet for 
 the duration of each lesson. The helmet will be provided by DSA.</b>\n\nTw
 o additional 6-week sessions will be scheduled this year for students to c
 ontinue to earn badges or for new students to join.\n\nSee link below for
